[ "Yes", Goro could say; hopped on a train ride here just to sleuth around town once before, locate the supposed witness that contributed to sullying a minor's permanent record before humoring the thought of sightseeing, just for a bit. But the question's intent didn't mean it like that, so -- with a shake of his head: ]

Within the city, a place of familiarity, even in its deviations of the past... That's how it has always been, if memory serves me right.

[ It's been awhile; routes, and their endpoints, are muddled in with everything else. But Goro isn't one to be led around for too long, though he ought to play the part of a bewildered "tourist", aimlessly unaware. The act may as well be convincing enough with the way Goro searches through his phone, thumb scrolling through a window or two before pressing 'home' then swiping up to get rid of it all. Cluttered signs of use through phone calls made, memos left behind for later use -- either the 'Goro' before his soul's arrival had learned to let loose or it wasn't time for that weekly disposal of privy data -- ]

Take me here. [ The phone's screen is presented for Akira's visual consumption. Just an address, curiously unlabeled. Fortunately, the request wasn't intoned as a demand; it lifts with a softened question, in the end. If Akira wanted to investigate on his own, he'd be fine with that, too. ]

I'd like to believe that I wasn't left defenseless at a location unrecognizable to me. [ Read: homeless. ] Perhaps that's my choice of lodging for the time being, but if it turns out that I'm wrong about that, you may discover an answer or two of your own.
